Given the slow pace of research for what is going on inside of Parkinson's sufferers' bodies, maybe a solution will come faster from the outside. This link doesn't specifically mention Parkinsons or any other movement disorder, only the compromised movement of old age, but it would seem obvious to have applications for those of us with neurological disorders.

The whole point of exercise is to strengthen muscles, it is not to win races. We need to get fitter, not walk faster! walking as fast as we can produces a chemical in the brain that we know repairs the damaged brain cells. That helps the brain to produce more dopamine, and as we know, it is the shortage of dopamine that causes Pd. Hence! More dopamine, less Pd.

I wonder if muscles get lazy and bones more brittle if the exoskeleton is doing the work
