anything different to do after another failed fet?
hi all, this is my first post here. Sadly I received the news that my 3rd fet cycle failed today. My clinic has changed the protocol of each cycle with this one being more intense I.e. short down regulation (about 2 weeks) with buserline for mild ademiosis, lubion + pessaries for progestrone, patches

No SOC treatment. Metastatic lymph nodes by PSMA-PET. Rising PSA. Bone/CT scans neg. Waiting to die.
The title may seem over-dramatic. It does, however, present the present state of my PCa. I have written more than once about being Lupron ADT sensitive but stopped after first shot due to severe intolerable increase in depression. I am not eligible (SOC) for other therapies because they all require

Hi, ongoing issue, looking for advice x
Hi all, I married into a family where I have never been accepted (nothing new, my family don't accept me either). My husband is 13 years older than me and has two children from previous relationships, aged 19 and 14 respectively . He had a vasectomy 13 years ago, and a reversal that didn't work 3 years

Thoughts on taking medical marijuana along with your regular anxiety medications. I just need something else to take this edge off. I took my rescue meds at 4am to try and calm down and go back to sleep this morning, but it did not work! Looking for thoughts and opinions!!! Stay strong all ❤️🙏 💪

Mastectomy tomorrow!
I have been worked in a bit earlier (tomorrow!) than I expected for my mastectomy. I had a request in to speak to my rheumatologist but she was out all last week and yesterday, so her receptionist just got back to me this morning. The Dr won’t speak to me because I haven’t seen her in a year. She wants

ILC: Double Mastectomy-all breast tissue removed - Pathology showed positive margins.
My wife was diagnosed with Invasive Lobular Carcinoma in April. HR/PR positive (95%) Ki67-12%, HER2 1+ Negative. Oncotype test indicated or confirmed IV chemo would not be effect based of her ILC composition. Due to the size of the tumors she was put on Ibrance and Letrozole to help shrink the tumors

14 year old daughter facing laparoscopy
Hi, I’m hoping to get some advice and support about my 14 year old daughter. I’ve got endo myself and have suffered for 30+ years with it, I had a radical hysterectomy 8 years ago. My worst fears appear to be a reality as my daughter has suffered horrendous period pain since she started 4 years ago.

Starting my prostate cancer journey after radical prostatectomy. Looking for info, suggestions or recommendations on future treatments.
Hello everyone, I am 67 and had a PSA of 8.9 and a grade group 4 Gleason score of 4+4=8. I had radical prostatectomy with lymph node dissection on 12/1/2022. I am on the road to recovery. The pathology report showed 60-70 % of prostate involved by tumor with extraprostatic extension present, non

No Blood Markers…
I have been diagnosed with non-metastatic Breast Cancer 3 times since 2005 (2 rounds of radiation + tamoxifen and then a bilateral mastectomy in 2016). My final Stage 4 diagnosis came in 2022 with mets in spine, Lungs & lymph nodes. I was surprised at the diagnosis since I have had regular blood tests

An Interesting Dilemma
I saw this story in the Guardian today https://www.theguardian.com/society/2022/nov/07/genetic-tests-could-identify-people-at-risk-of-heart-disease-nhs-study-finds And it got me thinking about genetic testing, which seems to be the future of modern medicine and something that looks likely to be expanded

Long-term Endo here but need advice around contraceptive options
Hi everyone, bit of info about me: I was diagnosed with PCOS many years ago when trying to have children and had my first laparoscopy in 2009 where they also found small pockets of endo which they lasered off. In 2011 I had my second laparoscopy whilst still undergoing investigations for infertility
