Letrozole/CTD agony. Yoga is better than massage says Med Research!
Dear all Hope you are all doing as well as possible. I rarely post as have been through an interesting journey with multiple commodities on top of 4 times recurrent breast cancer. I am writing as hitting the end of the third month mark on Letrozole (am 60, and 10yrs post menopausal) and REALLY struggling

I always knew it was cancer that was causing my issues. At 39 most OB/GYN play it off as hormone changes. What was the final straw was I lost my

More decisions - Avastin, Niraparib or Letrozole
My Mum, who has done 6 rounds of chemo, 2 with Avastin, has just been told she still doesn't present as suitable for surgery. We have mixed emotions about this as she is in her early 80s, although previously very fit and healthy. She has been given 3 options to try to keep things at bay before possibly

Long bursts of ventricular ectopics
I'm having a bad morning for ectopics with several spells of bursts lasting a few minutes with occasional ones in between. Does anyone know when/ if it become significant and cause for immediate concern as opposed to being disconcerting and worrying? I'm taking Bisoprolol 1.25mg for POTS and palpitations

Ca 27.29 test
My Ca 27.29 went from 45 to 67 and that makes me nervous. I have been stable for 36 months and now I’m worried about progression. I’m on Ibrance and Letrozole and have done very well on the treatment. Has anyone had issues with their Ca 27.29 giving a false result?

Late ovulation on Letrozole/Femara?
Hi all, I did a medicated cycle last months (5 days of letrozole + HCG trigger + progesterone pessaries for luteal phase). By day 14 I was experiencing usual ovulation signs and the follicle was large enough, so I was triggered day 14. This cycle i'm away so I am unmonitored. It's day 14 and i've

Positive Ovulation Test - No period or positive pregnancy test
Hello there! I have irregular periods and took 1 round of Letrozole to help my ovulate. I received a positive ovulation test (used a clear blue test with a solid smiley face and another test with 2 lines). I was excited as it appeared the medication helped me ovulate! It's now been 3 weeks after the

Has anyone experienced a burning feeling in your back shoulder area? I have noticed it for about 3 months. I am on my 6th cycle of Ibrance and Letrozole.

My Letrozole fell into the freezer ...
for a day or two before I realized. I know it says not to freeze, but does anyone know if it's still any good or not? I really don't want to bother with getting it replaced as I still have two month's worth left .... thanks for any knowledge you may have concerning this! For those who are curious

Letrozole / Femara - risk of ovarian cysts?
Hi all! I'm on my second cycle of letrozole for ovulation induction and this one is unmonitored. The nurse assured me there were minimal side effects, but reading the leaflet I got a bit worried as ovarian cysts were mentioned as a possible side effect! I was wondering how common this was, if anybody

Letrozole
Hi All, I’m currently on cycle 4 of letrozole. Currently DAY 22, I am now 9DPT - and have lower back pain, which I’m assuming is linked to AF being due anytime now. My question is how long did it take for the HCG to leave your system if you triggered, and when did it come back. Please find attached

Letrozole
Hi everyone, I just wondered about the side effects of Letrozole. I had 7mm bc removed via lumpectomy, due to have radiotherapy soon, no chemo required. I am really struggling with the possible side effects of this drug. I know we are all individuals but just wondered if side effects are as hideous as
