Dry mouth
Im on levothyroxine, zoloft, vitamin D. I was taking magnesium oxide and it seemed to help my depression and sleeping issues but worsens my dry mouth so much. I cant sacrifice my oral health as In worried about my gum and teeth health now. Has magnesium affected anyone like this? Maybe I could try another

VERY INTERESTING posts I found about B12 injections and sub-lingual
I use two different B12 (active forms) injections:
Methylcobalamin
(1ml) and Adenosylcobalamin (1ml). Every (average) 4 days I take one of them and this frequency helps at the moment.

Methylcobalamine spray or lozenges?
Good morning, I read that some of you use methyl lozenges or spray. Does that help get you through the times that you start to crash? Can we absorb it with PA? I feel I need a boost and it's only 11:25am here. Thanks 🦋

My doctor disagrees
I bought
Methylcobalamin
B12 1mg & started injecting it daily, after reading up on it first. I’ve already noticed a slight difference in my energy levels after 10 days. But it’s costing me £200 mthly.

Where to buy b12 ampoules online in the United States?
I purchased from flhcg.com at the end of last year and it was $80 for B12
Methylcobalamin
5mg/ml 30ml... I looked to rebuy today and the same product is $169. I would so appreciate if you could send along any websites you know of that ship to/are in the United States. Thank you!

Is Methylcobalamin necessary?
I have heard
Methylcobalamin
is the best for neurological symptoms? I hate it. It makes me anxious and feel off, is it “it will get worse before it gets better”? I definitely have felt better physically and my mental health is worse. I have shots of cyn. B12 and gives me 0 side effects.

What is if any, the proper amount of B12 to self inject. 1ml, once a week, 2ml, once a week or 0.5ml every day. Twice a day, 0.3ml, for PA?
I am injecting
methylcobalamin
as opposed to Cyanocobalamin which to me is a lesser form. Finally, how long before I see improvement, my Pernicious Anemia was brought on by Dr. Prescribed, PPI’s, Antacids, for GERD about 2 years ago. I have stopped taking all antacids, PPI’s etc.

Lipsominal B12
Does anyone have experience of taking lipsominal
methylcobalamin
. According to the hype,it is more bio available to cells. I think it is in a spray. It is quite expensive. I wondered whether it has any merits versus the injections which I currently self administer . Thanks

H Pylori and B12 deficiency
Maybe difficult to quantify I know, but was thinking whether I might in the future (after eliminating my recently diagnosed H Pylori) be able to reduce the amount of B12 I currently supplement via
methylcobalamin
tablets ….

B12 deficiency, methylation and Parkinson’s.
I tried to find
methylcobalamin
in United States. My sister is a pharmacist and couldn’t even order it. I went to perniciousanemia.org to get some
Methylcobalamin
. When I started those shots I had extreme anxiety and felt terrible, My Parkinson symptoms were much worse when starting.

Oral B12 Update
I bought
methylcobalamin
in the UK and noted an immediate improvement to my legs, bowel movements, eyes. I also got hold of cyanocobalamin and hydroxocobalamin. All three forms were beneficial and I injected every 2 days for three months.

Oxford Biosciences Methylcobalamin
I'd like to skip this step (and the cyanide, which I'm sure isn't great for my body when taken daily) and just use
methylcobalamin
injections.
