Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for dinner tonight. Its a curry made by sautéing diced onion diced peppers with garlic and baby plum tomatoes I then added cooked green lentils some frozen mixed veg and diced curly kale. I added curry spices with ginger celery salt a table spoon of Thai sweet chilli sauce
