My opinion of Mannitol
If enough
Mannitol
gets in your blood stream to do any good, your gut is probably too porous and you should see a doctor about “leaky gut”. As for me
Mannitol
is a laxative.

Poetry as well as Art? My husbands thoughts about PD.
Keeping fit is not that easy, the thought of gym makes me queasy A real benefit’s keeping fit but I'm a bit afraid of it My shoulders hurt my back is sore I should be strengthening my core The
mannitol
is in the post, instructions say, don’t overdose I knew PD was not so nice I’m listening now to all

Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) Allowable Foods
These are all the "not allowed" foods I eat/take:
Mannitol
, Canned fish and canned chicken, Licorice, Inositol, Melatonin, Cucumbers, Jicama, Seaweed, Balsamic vinegar. I can give up the Balsamic vinegar. I will have to dig into the "whys' on the others.

Proper Mannitol Dosing?
How much
Mannitol
are people taking please? I've been adding a rounded teaspoonful of
Mannitol
to my Matcha Tea (with Ceylon Cinnamon) every day. Today somebody asked me how much I took and I realized I was winging it on dosing.

Has anyone tried to order syncolein lately?
I just ordered some and my money was refunded with a comment buy
mannitol
from somewhere else. Has anyone else had this? I’m not sure if he has stopped selling it but the webpage lets you order still. And what is a good alternative source that ships to New Zealand?

So many capsules, tablets, powders to swallow....
Supplements, ldopa or other medicines, drink
mannitol
. I wanted to start high dose vitamin B1 a year ago but I don't even manage to eat and drink enough to absorb what I'm taking. I'm all the time on the edge of dehydration.

LIOTHYRONINE SODIUM (Generic) by Sigma Pharm (T3) contains Mannitol - What?
I've just looked up what's in them and found that they contain
mannitol
. So I've googled
mannitol
and not found anything that goes to explaining why it should be in my T3 pills. I'm a bit freaked out at some of the uses listed actually.

Real world clinical experience with a new formulation of levothyroxine engineered to meet new and stricter regulatory requirements
The big change was to use
mannitol
rather than lactose. (Which seems to be the big difference between Teva and the other UK makes of levothyroxine.) There is now a paper discussing the Euthyrox issues. I'll not make any further comment before you read the article - please comment as you wish.

Do any supplements work?
Off the top of my head, I've seen posts on the following: - Vitamin B1 - CoQ 10 - Ceylon Cinnamon -
Mannitol
- Vanilla - Omega 3 Fatty Acids - Sesaminol/Sesame Seeds - Broccoli Sprout Powder - Mucuna Purens - Resveratrol I'm sure that I've missed many other recommended supplements.
