Please can I have some advice? Google is making things worse!
Anyway the thing is, I was looking through my medical file and I saw the results of some bloods I had done in 2013, these were to investigate an ongoing stomach condition, which has since been diagnosed as bile acid
malabsorption
.

Please read this - I was misdiagnosed and after years of suffering with IBS I find out I don't have it
I actually have something called Bile Acid
Malabsorption
. My dad saw it on telly and told me about it. I looked into it and BMA say up to 1 in 3 with diagnosed IBS actually have this condition. I spoke to my GP and we test the theory out by taking the treatment of colestyramine.

Misdiagnosis
My father saw a TV segment on Bile Acid
Malabsorption
and told me about it as it fit my symptom and as the BMA say up to 1 in 3 diagnosed with IBS are believed to have had it. I looked it up and spoke to my doctor about it.

Extreme chronic pain
Now recently I've been reading about bile
malabsorption
,and having no gall bladder, has made me research it,but there is nothing like the expertise of people with the problem.

"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results"
I intend to see my kinesiologist regularly but also explore other avenues, other ways of making myself feel better, improving my standard of life; I've recently been intrigued by bile acid
malabsorption
and I'll be looking into that very soon, but all is yet to come.

My fructose test came back saying " symptoms during the test were suggestive to possible fructose

Gastrin test
Upper abdominal pain/pressure, heartburn, excessive bloating and gas, feeling full quickly, iundigested food in stool, and
malabsorption
of vitamins/minerals. Last week my doctor did a gastrin serum test, and result of this is also WAY off the charts. Normal is 0-115.

An early diagnosis may be useful for diagnosis of gastric carcinoids and to explain and treat a gastric related L-thyroxine
