Anxious and Overwhelmed

They failed to induce the rhythm, did the entire three hour procedure without sedation (4 catheters plus isoproteronol, and hours of pacing), it was terribly painful at times, then wicked post procedure pericarditis

Today is the first time I have posted since joining. I am so afraid of being judged that I have not had the courage to share, even here!
I think my depression and anxiety have heightened to a point where I can hardly focus on tasks. My brain spins through scenarios that just occurred like it is recapping the moment and it just gets stuck in a loop. Is this ADHD or something like that or is it depression? Does this happen to anyone else

Not sure how to proceed with anxiety and depression
I'm 22 years old, I graduated from college in May and I just feel so lost. I've struggled with anxiety and depression for a long time, but I would say that they manifested into real problems by the time I was in late middle school into high school. Every semester, I would go home every day for at least

Swapping Rasagiline for Safinamide - Hobson’s Choice or out of the frying pan and into the fire?
I have been on Rasagiline from the start. 8 years as my staple bedrock of my cocktail of PD drugs principally Ropinirole, Amantadine and of course Co-Careldopa. I have a pacemaker and take Atorvastatin and Ramipril for heart issues. Now the pharmacy says Rasagiline is in short supply in the UK and likely

Phenelzine
it worked for me incredibly well. No restless legs going on2 years. Phenelzine is a maoMao inhibitor with the differencethaydifference that it only raises dopamine in the central nervous central system. LIfe changer for me, but make you talk to a drDr, so many medicines can interact.

Devil's Claw alternative medication
Hi all, I've been on Pregabalin and Duloxetine for a while. This has some impact but still suffer daily pain. I use Turmeric massage oil which does offer some relief for a while. We have a local health care shop who has prescribed Devil's Claw which I have been taking for two weeks. I do believe it

Seasonal Depression
I have been diagnosed with depression last year, and it always gets worse in winter. So I would like to find someone here who has been through similar situation to talk to, and do activities to help myself get better this winter.

Why Self Care is so important in managing your IBS…
My story starts with having being diagnosed with IBS seven years ago and I will have to be honest, it hasn't been an easy journey so far. However, for the past three months I have successfully kept my IBS symptoms at bay through Self Care. I will explain a little later what I mean by 'Self Care' but

Controversial query re causality of PLMD
Most of you are RLS sufferers, but my question is more about PLMD, which is treated with similar medications in Western medicine protocols but is not the same condition (Eastern medicines treats them differently). Anyway, to the degree anyone knows, it is obvious that PLMD can cause depression and anxiety
