Magnesium v Bisoprolol and Apaxiban 5mg twice a day.
Anyone taking these drugs that has been supplementing with
magnesium
at home too? I’m interested in finding out if it’s safe but the GP isn’t on the same wave band about it. Looking for some advice from folk out there please. Thanks. Ellie-Ann.

RLS AND DIET
I tried taking iron supplement,
magnesium
, fish oil... they all seemed to help for a bit, but honestly I never felt like they were doing anything magical. I even tried medication for Parkinson like many of you did, but OMG, that medication does not make me feel good.

I have just started
magnesium
taurate it’s my only supplement. Some of you have mentioned private testing & it being important to ‘get the right quality supplements’. I also know some people don’t believe in supplements but I’m willing to give them a try & especially if I’m deficient in something.

Magnesium and thyroid issues
Magnesium
is used in hundreds of processes in the body so if we don't have enough of it in there something is bound to miss out!
Magnesium
deficiency cannot be seen from a blood test as only 1% of the body's
magnesium
is in the blood with 99% being in cells.

Test results, opinion please
I take B12, D+K2,
magnesium
, b-complex, C, zinc, selenium, probiotics. Also LDN. Test fasting, 9.30am, levo taken after Same brand, Northstar Appt with endo in couple weeks. He suggested last time that T3 might be needed. But given that it is in top 1/3rd of range, would this be useful?

Why is it that ectopics can often been somewhat painful and take your breath away?
I don't drink alcohol, caffeine, take drugs, and avoid most stressors that could trigger afib (ablated in 2017) and I take regular electrolytes, along with separate potassium,
magnesium
, taurine, l-arginine and a few others supplements (I also suffer with ME/CFS).
