NF2 neuroma and Lyrica [Pregabalin] and scoliosis do not mix!!
I have a neuroma on my spine, and have been given
Lyrica
[Pregabalin], for a pain killer, after a week, I have decided to stop due to pain caused by scoliosis, the scoliosis is worsening due to effect of neuroma and the
Lyrica
is not helping it, ok it tends to dull the pain slightly of the neuroma, but

Hi everyone, A year ago, I was on
Lyrica
(Pregabalin) for 3 months and during this time I stopped working out cos I experience fainting spells when I work out. Now, Im starting on Gabapentin twice a day but during the week I go for my swim 2 to 3 times a week and sometimes i run the 5k treadmill.

Schwannamatosis and Lyrica
Hoping to get off
Lyrica
essentially used for a pain killer for nerve pain, but the pain of my scoliosis is more extreme, but will the
Lyrica
outweigh my long term supposed benefits with Neurofibromatosis type 2 or schwannamatosis ? Adlon57

Cold Water.
So I manage it Ropinerole and
lyrica
. Doesn't always work but believe me, i have tried every supplement that has been recommended. I even have compression socks and it worked for a while but then I couldn't sit long enough to let them work.

Methotrexate Not Working. Next Step?
I've been on methotrexate for 4 months, cymbalta for 3 months, and
lyrica
for 2 weeks. Oxycodones help slightly, but only mask some of the pain. My last x-ray a couple months ago revealed bone damage, so I'm worried that my continued pain is a sign of possible further damage.

Hello lovely people . My eldest son works for a charity who house drug addicts, ex offenders and alcoholics . He was recently telling me about a group of service users who he referred to as the " Pregabbers " I asked him why he called them that and he said they all use a drug called Pregabelin to

Addiction
Is there a correlation between Mirapex,
Lyrica
and alcohol abuse? I'm in recovery myself. But found that when I was finally weened off of my Pramipexole prescription (for RLS) maintaining sobriety was a breeze by comparison.

Lyrica plus pramipexole for RLS
It worked very well and now I question why my RLS doctor told me to take
Lyrica
150 mg plus pramipexole. I think it's insane when I think about it, it's way too much. At that time I did not know about
Lyrica
.

Humira and Tendonitis Update and anyone want to share experiences of Lyrica?
GP has given me a prescription for
Lyrica
75mg as I've got other issues flaring up too - Costochondritis and various spine issues. So anyway thanks to everyone who responded last week, I'd allowed myself to go into plodding on with it mode which is never a good thing!

What should I ask for when I see the GP about pramipexole withdrawal?
I believed it was necessary to gradually decrease the dose, with the help of something like an opioide or tramadol, and only then start something else, (I think gabapentin/pregabalin and something called
Lyrica
were suggested).

Lyrica the worst experience in my life after being a Successful Recovery Alcoholic & drug addict.
lyrica
gives you without noticing a high. Mood altering the first two or three times after you take it. It was recommended to be to control mild anxiety. After you take it for a few weeks you become an addict of the medicine and it is a problem for those addicts to take it away.

Stopping Mirapex after 18 years
Am now taking
lyrica
75mg and tramadol 50 mg at noon and 6pm. I felt that I had quite a few side effects from the Mirapex including head aches, very stiff neck, arthritis, occasional rashes, fibromyalgia, less effectiveness, and some possible others.

Then he added
Lyrica
which made my lower legs and feet swell so badly I couldn't get my shoes on. I stopped taking it and every other medicine he prescribed except the gabapentin.

Shingles Pain and spasms
I'm two and 3/4 weeks into this and I can't tolerate pain meds or
Lyrica
. The pain is excruciating! Taking Tylenol and ibuprofen . I feel worse evening and mornings. I get this weird sensation at times of what feels like twitching under my rib where it hurts. Is this normal?
