Hi sorry to be a pain but I'm frightened to take my pain meds while on flecainide,
I'm in a lot of pain as I have fibromyalgia , I am on solpadol 500mg plus codeine 30mg, also ibuprofen, and lyrica , would appreciate some advice , as I got a bit scared when reading about the interaction of flecainide with other meds

Yes, it's a minefield and as Pete says, your GP is the person to advise you.
We AFfers normally avoid Ibuprofen as it has been proven by studies in Holland and Denmark to cause AF but there may also be important medical reasons for taking it.
As I 'm sure most people know ibuprofen must not be taken if you have AF even if on no other drugs but codeine is OK as is paracetamol. Otherwise discuss with pharmacist.
I take tramadol and paracetamol with flecainide and bisoprolol and I am fine. I am on anticoagulants also so I can't take ibuprofen as it irritates the stomach. Ibuprofen is also known to cause AF.
