PET showed an avid FDG left neck mass and less FGD-avid
lymphadenopathy
above and below the diaphragm. 37% lymphocytes. It was a complete surprise to me, as I'd had no sickness apart from the lump. My CLL was very low level. Test showed no p53 deletion.

There has been a small progression with increase of the left axillary
lymphadenopathy
. The liver and bone disease are stable. I will remain on the same meds, palbociclib, letrozole and Denosumab for now and have another scan in 3 months. My CA15-3 dropped a little to 84.

Mode of Progression After Frontline Treatment Predicts Clinical Outcomes in Patients With CLL
An analysis of over 2,000 patients from three German CLL Study Group clinical trials has identified that unfit patients developing

GRAVES AND THYROTOXICOSIS : RESPIRATORY SYSTEM, RETICULOENDOTHELIAL AND LYMPHATIC SYSTEMS
There may be generalized
lymphadenopathy
, and the thymus may be enlarged. Occasionally the thymus presents as an anterior mediastinal mass, but diminishes to normal size with control of the thyrotoxicosis [370].

Just getting started
I completed a 3T MRI in Apr 2019 - prostate volume 47 ml, PSA density 0.28 ng/ml/ml - they noted 3 tumors, with one described as "focal lesion within L apex and mid gland peripheral zone - PI-RADS4 - no evidence of extraprostatic extension, no pelvic
lymphadenopathy
".
