Now been advised cancer has spread to both lungs 😔
I am getting some pain in my
lung
area and it's really worrying me 😔
Surgery
is still going ahead although my tumour has only shrunk slightly. 3 more chemos will follow. Has anyone else had spreading to the lungs & gone into remission eventually?

Lung Surgery Cancelled Twice
After an incidental find of a 19mm lung nodule and a clear PET scan in late October my respiratory consultant was sure it was a slow growing cancer caught early and recommended, which was agreed by me, that rather than a biopsy I go straight to

Aspergillus post lung transplant.
Hi all, Haven’t been in touch for a while now but mercifully still here. Lungaversary last month which I can only describe as a stormy recovery. Trichosporon infection In clamshell wound delayed discharge by 4 weeks. 1 month in ICU with terrifying hallucinations which still haunt me today. Sternum

Bronchoscopy
My mom was diagnosed with pneumonia 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately 10 days of antibiotics were ineffective. She had a bronchoscopy today and while waiting for results, I was wondering if anybody else was in the same situation and what did the bronchoscopy show?

Lung cancer
Diagnosed with lung cancer very high in lung, Doctor says it's very difficult to get for biopsy, and then tells me that as I weigh 130 kg I might not be suitable for radiotherapy, is this right?

Immunotherapy
I'm just starting out on immunotherapy and would like to share experiences with others on the same drug. - Pembrolizumab. I'm due my 2nd treatment tomorrow. For someone who avoids taking anything stronger than paracetamol, it's all a bit scary. I haven't met anyone with lung cancer yet, and other

Lung Transplant + Fermented Foods
Hello, I have a question for lung transplant recipients: are you allowed to eat anything fermented? I may need a transplant in the near future, but I have a histamine problem which is controlled with antihistamines and DAO tablets. The problem is that the DAO tablets are essentially fermented peas

Treatment stopped
We thought Erlotinib was working for my dad, his tumour had reduced significantly on October scan ( started on drug Aug 23) but Jan scan showed growth, cough back and has been getting steadily worse with weight down to 7 stone ,diarrhoea and debilitating fatigue. Although Oncologist thought a standard
