Hot water & lime to wash down Liothyronine
Hello all, I take my T3 first thing in the morning with a cup of warm water. I then wait about 30-45 minutes to take a cup of hot water with lime. A ritual I’ve been doing for years as I need hot water like most need coffee! I’m wondering if taking the hot water and li me with my T3 would affect absorption

How to increase free t3 and T4 without hyper symptoms
Currently on compounded
liothyronine
15.25/ thyroxine 65. Due to inability to get ndt. I was on 20.25/85.5 and feel much better on that dose but feel nervous and can’t sleep. It completely eliminates any fatigue or depression at that dose.

Hashimotos and pregnancy
He put me on a trial on
liothyronine
10mcg and 75mcg levothyroxine. Endo wanted me back in 6 weeks to get bloods done - the results were tsh 0.86 and t4 12.7. Conception would have occurred one week previous to me getting my bloods done.

Online test aims to predict best antidepressants for individual patients
I so desperately wanted to comment to Dr Claire Gillan that I fervently hope that
liothyronine
will be included. Of course it won't, but we need to shout.

Hi, thank you for adding me, I am in the UK and new to the group. I have a query regarding T3 medication...
Only concern is that the new prescription for
Liothyronine
is a capsule with olive oil rather than the tablet form I had before and I wonder if it will be just as strong, or could it be even better? Thank you.

Advice
I’m taking both T4 and T3 results are TSH 0.07 ( 0.27-4.20) FT4 21 ( 12-22) FT3 5.5 ( 3.1-6.8) I’m currently taking 100mcg Thyroxine & 6.25mcg

GP summons re ndt and NHS directive re Liothyronine
I went through all the other options first....that is Levothyroxine, then levothyroxine and
Liothyronine
before going onto a ndt. She admitted that Levothyroxine did not work for me and am very stable on ndt. I mentioned the BTA recent article. She was aware.

Need Nature throid without prescription
Since 2 years I am on Nature throid and
liothyronine
and I really need that medication. During one year I lost 45 kg just to change the medication! Since I live in Sweden I can't buy it here, and where I usually buy it its backordered.

Liothyronine being stopped
Hi. My GP is saying they can't prescribe Liothronine to be anymore. I will appeal, but if not please could anyone tell me where I could purchase it from abroad? PM me? I would be very grateful, as otherwise I will be taking a chance on anything I come across on the internet. Many thanks

Dr Anthony Toft speaks out in “Thyroid Hormone Replacement - a counterblast to guidelines”
Here’s just one of the many good quotes from the article: “The facts of the matter are that the current guidelines for LT4 replacement therapy in primary hypothyroidism are not fit for purpose and the continued reluctance to approve additional treatment with
liothyronine
denies the patient the precision

Withdrawal of T3 from NHS-based prescribing
It is a monument to ignorance of the situation and dismisses airily the reality for sufferers who can only use T3. https://www.bsuh.nhs.uk/documents/t3-

Feedback please on Morningside's Liothyronine.
Has anyone found they are responding differently to Morningside's
Liothyronine
? I just switched to it from the previous manufacturer a couple of weeks ago and have had a few episodes of a fuzzy brain. Hard to be sure as I also have narcolepsy, but the timing is making me suspicious.
