Adrenal support for high cortisol?
Can anyone tell me if it would be appropriate to take Adrenavive (or a similar product) if you have high afternoon and evening cortisol – or is this kind of adrenal support only appropriate if you have low cortisol? I have been trying to lower my cortisol for over a year now. Unfortunately adaptogens

Dr Skinner and prednisolone
I have just been reading Dr Skinner's bk 'Diagnosis and Management of Hypothyroidism'. In dealing with low cortisol levels he prefers prednisolone over hydrocortisone as it 'covers the mineralocorticoid as well as the glucocorticoid functions' Has anyone had any expedience of using prednisolone for low

Crippling muscular pain - why?
I have had this on and off for a few years but now it is just so bad. If I exhurt myself - take a short walk or maybe do the supermarket weekly shop I find my feet, legs, thighs, arms crippled with pain. Muscular pain. As though I had run a marathon. It's now everyday. Without fail. It renders me helpless

Some B12 and Cortisol help please
I have been very ill, bed bound for the last month. Two trips to A&E with very fast irregular heart beat of 149 bpm. They did tracings but it had calm down and gone to normal by then. I have now developed POTS like symptoms especially bad when getting out of bed in the mornings. Low blood sugar episodes

latest labs,please
Hi everyone,I hope you're all doing good. Can you please comment on my labs? Is that anemia that I'm seeing in the results or I'm not interpreting correctly? Also, scan revealed two nodules, sized 0.20 & 0.23 cm, one on each lobe. Should I have a biopsy?Do nodules affect adrenal function,as mine is already

Low cortisol and TSH
Hi everyone. This is my first post as I have felt too unwell to go into it all until now. I'm afraid it is quite a saga but here goes... In November last year I started feeling really unwell and getting fevers all the time. The fevers have now gone. I now get a stinging pain going through my back, abdomen

Very concerned about thyroid lab results
I'm sorry if this post is long but I have been having a fight with my GP for a long time. I was diagnosed with hypo around 15 years ago as I was feeling extremely tired and weak. I suspected hypo as my mother had it. I had also been diagnosed 5 years earlier with severe depression and advised after
