I had spot radiation in June for olio metastatic (2 spots), PSA was .036. In Aug PSA went down to .028. Now it’s .031. Does this mean the radiation of the 2 spots did not work? How long should I wait before ADT?

PSA rising
Have you been metastatic with a PSA of 0.036 without being under ADT? If yes, your cancer isn't expressing PSA so don't take it into consideration. If no, ADT is masking any change. Either way PSA isn't a reliable metric in your case.
How long can I delay ADT/CR/chemo has been my focus for past seven years. Perhaps imaging would give insights into the two radiated mets?
At 0.13 I had six pelvic mets removed by surgery - 'far more cancer' than many would think at this PSA. I concur with Justfor_ PSA as a singular datapoint isn't always a reliable metric. For me PSA of 0.03+ warrants further investigations. I rely on frequent testing to gauge stability/rise, liquid blood biopsies and multiple imaging methods to strive to stay ahead of this beast. All the best!
There is no data showing that SBRT to metastases serves any purpose. Neither is there any proof that it is completely ineffective. Your PSA is extremely low and there is no reason to change your therapy based on that.
Only goes to show you, professors require proof.....even if they're retired...
