mad, sad, frustrated, worried ☹️
In lieu of starting Jeff on a PARP inhibitor, he wants him on immunotherapy, likely
Keytruda
. If this happens it won’t disqualify him for LU-177, but instead might buy him some time. His PSA more than doubled in less than a month … currently 589. This is all so horrible.

Combining Immunotherapy with Docetaxel?
I was talking to a doctor friend on this who mentioned there is promising work underway to combine an immunotherapy (maybe
Keytruda
?) with docetaxel. He heard the yet unpublished results are very good. Anyone heard of this or know about this? Thanks very much to all who post.

Update on Lympreza.
I responded well to
Keytruda
and my PSA had dropped from 34 to 7 and then slowly ticked up to 46 3 weeks ago. I had to stop
Keytruda
around the first of the year as side effects prevented me from walking and it gave my joints ached liked crazy.

Chemo
He has been on Zytiga, Lynparza,
Keytruda
now the chemo. Just asking opinions. Do any of you think that maybe Xtandi could work? Could Darolutamide also be a possibility or is this drug only used with no Mets? He has to wait a couple more months for any trial due to blood clots.

Anyone been on Keytruda for PCa?
Good folks, Due to my veins not being visible enough for Provenge, my MO is recommending 6 infusions of
Keytruda
(pembrolizumab) one every other week. Has any of you done this and what was the experience like.

Hi, anyone here ER/PR+, Her2- doing Trodelvy and/or

PSA up after one month on Xtandi
I'm wondering if we should give up on Xtandi and switch to
Keytruda
(my hasband has MSI-high), or give Xtandi another month or two. Has anyone had a similar experience with Xtandi, and if so, what was the outcome?

Remission
I have been on lupron for two years and
keytruda
for 22 months. My oncologist had done another genomic test via a blood draw a few weeks ago. We discussed the results today.

Ketruda Round 9
So
Keytruda
has been working to keep my PSA relatively stable for 27 weeks with minimal side effects through round 8, however PSA did rise from 19.1 to 26.7 so I may be failing

Emotional day. Any advice on Carboplatin? If not, next step could be hospice
He hasn’t had any treatments since November 17 which was his last infusion of
keytruda
. His MO called and wants him to start Carboplatin to try and get the cancer under control. He has been through so many treatments and he is getting tired.

Where do I go from here?
: 1.
Keytruda
now (genetic test shows MSI-High) 2.Docetaxel now 3.Maintain status quo (Zytiga + Firmagon) until change in PSA 4.Radiate mets 5.Treat primary MO suggested starting Docetaxel now and save
Keytruda
until PSA starts rising.

Actinium/Keytruda/Xtandi trial update after 24 weeks.
So I am off the trial; no
Keytruda
infusion and no more Xtandi. He is recommending I start Docetaxl. Also, possibly consider DORA trial combining Docetaxl with Radium 223. I have not had any chemo to date.

Biopsy in intervention radiology
It's possible for them to find a bio marker called PDL1 - if it's high, I could possibly be a candidate for
Keytruda
. Anyone had a similar path? I'm feeling down today and wonder if all of this is worth it - maybe just resort to palliative care.

My husband has been on Zytiga, Lynparza,
Keytruda
Docetaxel and now Jentava. He had a bone scan on Mon which showed some progression and the psa continues to rise. His CT scan showed a blood clot in each lung.
