Dx June 2021 and recently reached undetectable – details in profile.
Here are my options (maybe others?):
1.Keytruda now (genetic test shows MSI-High)
2.Docetaxel now
3.Maintain status quo (Zytiga + Firmagon) until change in PSA
4.Radiate mets
5.Treat primary
MO suggested starting Docetaxel now and save Keytruda until PSA starts rising. He said since I have the SPOP mutation, I should have a longer than average favorable response to hormonal therapy.
I welcome your input.

So why not combine Keytruda and Zytiga? There have been almost miraculous remissions with Keytruda among men who are MSI-hi. I don't understand waiting.
I'm sorry I just read this..my husband tried Docetaxel,Zytiga all failed. Repeat biopsy showed MSH2 high got 2 treatments of Keytruda PSA undetectable 3yrs tomorrow all metastatic tumors shrunk from JUST 2 treatments
