His brother thought maybe he's going through withdrawal from the
Jevtana
? He's weaning himself off thr prednisone so that may contribute. Not sure. I was hoping his QoL would increase off the
Jevtana
but it hasn't yet! Does anyone know if withdrawal may be the issue?

Bipolar Androgen Therapy
one of my doctors is suggesting we consider BAT if
Jevtana
doesn’t help and I can’t get Pluvicto. Have any of you had experience with this treatment? Thanks so much !

When do I go from here?
Pending treatment options - immunotherapy (low success rate) or
JEVTANA
(could buy me a few more months). The last 12 months of constant nausea, which still continues even after I have stopped treatment, has left me very tired! The QOL of life has sucked!

Two more Jevtana infusions(5 recommended)
Is Pluvitco going to be my last chance to hang around another year? Provided that things will work for me. Or should I stay positive and hopeful?

Jevtana prescribed until Pluvicto available to him
In the meantime, he is recommending
Jevtana
to keep him safer until Pluvicto is available. He already had Zytiga, Xtandi, radiation, cryotherapy, Immunotherapy and Taxotere... running out of options but fortunately, he is still feeling pretty good considering all.

I had three Jevtana infusions.
I have a CT scan scheduled for next Saturday. I feel really good, compared to the time when I finished Taxotere, Pelvic radiation and Xtandi, which was killing me and I had to stop. Is there any sign to tell that things are working?

Tramadol 50mg for pain management
Today I had my third infusion of
Jevtana
and towards the evening I had back and abdominal pain in the right lower quadrant. Prior to this, for some visceral discomfort/pain I used successfully Ibuprofen 600mg twice a day. I could sleep, walk, cook, bake.

If Pluvicto fails…what next?
Dxed March ‘18, and has gone through the gamut of standard of care (Docetaxal,
Jevtana
, Ra223, Lynparza, ADT) and now Pluvicto. He had one round about 4 weeks ago. Bloodwork a few days after round 1 showed an increase in PSA, but significant decrease in Alk Phos.

Jevtana (Cabazitaxel) before Xofigo (Radium 223)
Hi I was speaking to an Oncology nurse last week who suggested that after Docetaxel, Oncolgists were inclined to prescribe
Jevtana
before Xofigo. This apparently is because it is less effective the other way round. I have to say my instinct was to try radiotherapy before going back to chemo.

Mr. Spouse 21 is on rewind: Stable again!
He even kept his port in from 2018 until last year since he was sure he'd be getting
Jevtana
, Pluvicto, and some of those other treatments. He got his fourth pacemaker in January this year (planned not emergency), so the port had to come out.

After the 6th infusion of jevtana and carboplatin my husbands psa continues to rise.
after 6 infusions his psa continues to rise. In October he started out at 57 . Today it’s 67. Last scans in December showed mostly stable except for a few new hot spots on the spine. He remains fairly active. He has also had 6 pluvicto treatments last year. Just asking if it’s time to end this treatment

Bone Marrow and blood cells
His other alternative was
Jevtana
. Could that help? He is not in pain right now. I am worried the
Jevtana
will cause bone weakness and bone pain.

Why is Jevtana used as one of the last options for the cancer?
The last two left are
Jevtana
and LU-177. He just did 5 rounds of Radium and was told he now has to wait 6 months before he can try LU-177. That leaves
Jevtana
. He had a bad reaction to Taxotern (sp) and almost died. He got multiple holes in his colon that went septic.

Docetaxel/Taxotere. 2nd time in 3 years. It's a no go this time. No benefit after 3 infusions.
(
Jevtana
, Xofigo w/provenge, even Xtandi ? As hopefully the Docetaxel I've just had or if I get
Jevtana
the chemo's will "resensitize so that Xtandi is viable" after the Zytiga I've ran thru). Meantime a nice Christmas break from the chemo crashes, some recovery before hitting "IT" again.

BITE Clinical Study
If so, would you agree that it is a better option than
Jevtana
? He can’t do both. I tried looking for info online and am not finding much. Apparently this is a phase 1 study.

An update from yesterday. How do you deal with a virus on top of a weak immune system?
His immune system is not in good shape, in fact I believe his white cell counts are too low to do the
Jevtana
right now. So our focus is to work for him to kick the virus and pull some blood numbers up and then give the
Jevtana
a shot. Please send good thoughts.

Going on to Pluvarco
MO ordered
JEVTANA
. Meanwhile I have just been notified that I possibly am a candidate for Lutitium trial. They have said to cancel the
Jevtana
infusion which I did. I am BRICA2. Any thoughts about the efficacy of Lutitium over
