Compared to Taxotere, Jevtana gave me less hair loss but more fatigue, more nausea, worse changes in taste perception, and some diarrhea. The good news is, it worked very well at bringing my PSA back down and keeping my mets quiet.

Hi Woodstock82. I would echo your experiences with respect to less hair loss, more fatigue, more nausea and some diarrhea. That said, I am continuing to have PSA increases. Do you recall how many cycles it took to get your PSA under control i.e., was it immediately after the first cycle? Hope your doing well.

My PSA was 4.50 just before my first Jevtana infusion and dropped to 0.48 just before my second infusion.

Three weeks after my sixth (and last) infusion, my PSA was down to 0.10. That was twenty-two months ago.

I've been on Lupron ever since I was first diagnosed. I started Zytiga at the same time as I started Jevtana.

My PSA has been 0.03 - 0.01 for over a year now. Hoping it continues to stay down there for a good long while....
