Carbotaxil + Doxitacil Did not work. Still had progression in the bones and Mets. MO ordered JEVTANA . Meanwhile I have just been notified that I possibly am a candidate for Lutitium trial. They have said to cancel the Jevtana infusion which I did. I am BRICA2. Any thoughts about the efficacy of Lutitium over Jevtana

Going on to Pluvarco
Have you tried Lynparza yet? There is a trial in Australia now of combining Pluvicto and Lynparza:

Even if you can't get the combination, Lynparza is probably the best next choice.
Usually, Pluvicto is clearly a better next choice compared to Jevtana. But a recent analysis found that if a PSMA PET shows low avidity and an FDG PET shows high uptake, the choice isn't very clear. It is probably a good idea to get both PET scans:

he is excluded. He already had Olaparib.
Thanks - nothing in his profile and I didn't bother to read all his previous posts. Is he in Australia?
I apologize for not including more info. I am BRCA2 have gone through zytega, xtandi, Radium 223, Lymparza, directed Radiation to my spine, and lastly carbotaxil + doxataxil after which has not stopped the increase in bone Mets and the size of lymph node Mets. I will be talking to UCSF about the Pluvaca trial. Jevana had been mentioned as a in between while I am waiting to to qualify for pluvaco They are also applying for a compassionate use exemption to use Keytruda if the other procedures do not work. All of which means to me I am Kind of heading to the last round up.
it would be great if you could at least list all your treatments in your profile as lot of inclusion and exclusion criterias are based on them.
i wish you all the best.

could you phone professor Hofman? Maybe he could make an exemption
I emailed Mike Hofmann re Lu 177 he told me the hospital he works at in Australia provides Lu free and he advocates PSMA and FDG scans routinely also I believe he is trials
Hi Goldberg, as others have said, it would really help people to help you if you filled in your Bio with a basic treatment history rather than having to sift through all your previous posts.
