Sharing My Experience: Lean, Mean, Fighting Machine to Obese Individual With Full Blown Live Cirrhosis
Given that I weigh now 320 lbs, am diabetic type II taking Tresiba, Humalog, and
Januvia
for diabetes; and also have cardiovascular disease (stent plus beginning of CHF), and now Stage III B kidney disease, anemia, and thrombocytopenia, I am not a candidate for a liver or kidney transplant.

Reducing the stresses helps to control diabetes to a large extent.
I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic in 1988.My HbAc1 has never gone beyond 7.5% but my medications went on increasing and once upon a time I was taking
Januvia
50 twice daily before that I took Amaryl M2 thrice daily.

LIVING WITH DIABETES: 6 Ways to Lower Your A1C Level (an article)
These medications include sitagliptin (
Januvia
), repaglinide (Prandin), and others. While these medications don’t significantly improve fasting glucose values, they still lower your A1C level because of the decrease in post-meal glucose spikes.

BS reading on elimination of Ayuredic medicines.
He asked me to eliminate all ayurvedic drugs and changed the allopathic medicines to
Januvia
50 and Dimicron XR60 one ech morning and evening. Within 15 days, my BS reading became FBS 100 PP 160. This reading is steady for the past 30 days. I am told these are the ideal BS readings required.

Using 4 types of diabetic medicines. How to reduce?
I was prescribed with Victoza in the place
Januvia
100 (Sitagliptin). Now 6 kg weight is reduced. For the last 10 months I am on the above medication. I want to know from our community, what is my stage? Too much medicines? High glucose levels?
