Exdercise schrdule of walking /treadmill has come to total halt.My sugar level F and PP affected, marginally. Often my PP after dinner and fasting next day levels are exactly same which earlier never happened. I am taking Met 500 2 bid and Januvia 100 O.D. Need suggestions for exercise to control my sugar levels . I am strict vegetsrian and have very reasonable diet control .Last H1BC upper normal.I am well controlled diabetic for last 13 years. It is in my family from my mother's side.Hope to get advise for exercise with knee condition, and any other advise for tighter control of recent mildly raised BS levels.Thanks.
