I intent to replace Januvia100 with Zita 100.Can anyone say it is ok or not ok

The drugs are different though from the same group and same use

Januvia = Sitagliptin

Zita = teneligliptin

Better consult your dr

Both the tablets has same composition from whatever information I gather from Google.But costwise Zita 100 is much cheaper.Normaly doctor won't change your prescription because of vested interest .Honest guidance from some quarter would be of great help since diabetic patients spend a lot of money on medication.
