D&C miscarriage- next steps?
Hi fellow
ivf
warriors, I had a d&c on 29th March after we discovered no heat beat at 6 week scan. Without speaking to my
ivf
consultant (which costs £175 a go) I'm just wondering what should be my next steps?

RFC F****ng hurry up!!
it’s been 5 months since my failed
IVF
cycle and no word of any chance of trying again! You’ve got my life in your hands and you are holding my little embryo hostage in the freezer!

Double transfer issue
After 3 fails in a row (and low quality frozen embryos), I have requested a double transfer for my next
ivf
round. My clinic are not supportive of a double transfer (they prefer single transfers due to risks etc). However I feel very strongly about a double transfer. Do I have any rights on this?

Ovary stuck behind uterus - egg collection issues
Hi all, I'm 4 days into my
IVF
stims (225iu meriofert) and just had my first scan to see how things are going. Progress looks OK, maybe a little lacklustre but they aren't too worried at this point.

Progesterone protocol on a natural FET
On my last FET I only took Cyclogest up until my positive pregnancy test but they have put me on it as a precaution as my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage ( I don't actually have a history of miscarriage, but rather ectopic pregnancy hence
IVF
).

Clinic Referral/Changing Clinics?
Hi Folks, Pursuing our first round of
IVF
via NHS funding, we've finally been told the consultant is happy to refer us to clinic and that in our area it should only be another 3 months or so before funding is approved and we will be able to start treatment straight away.

3rd Round failed of IVF…Loosing hope 😢
Just wanted to come on here for some support as I feel Iv hit rock bottom. 5 years now of infertility and from that we have had 5 transfers, 2 miscarriages and now another failed attempt. If we do decide to go ahead we will be going to another clinic and paying for this treatment. Just not sure what

Any tips for IVF?
That being said I am getting side effects and would love any tips regarding
IVF
in general, specially the below: - Should you mention that you're going through
IVF
with your employer? As I understand
IVF
is not covered at all. Any tips on how to best manage all the appointments while working?

Is Laparoscopy worth it based on my symptoms?
Just pay for hysteroscopy to remove fibroid and hope this improves symptoms and wait on nhs waitlist for laparoscopy (if seems like needed) The fertility clinic doctor say laparoscopy not worth it and to consider
ivf
if trouble conceiving but wonder if they have vested interests since they are an

*Sensitive* - hope for multiple ectopics
It wasn’t until our 4th round of
IVF
and one of the lower graded embryos that we got that long awaited BFP. So don’t give up hope if you are in a similar position, it can happen. Wishing you all so much luck in your journeys xxx

Hospital doctor having IVF - advice please!
We need to start
IVF
, and have been advised to start ASAP, so I do really want to prioritise this. I've told my ES, who is very supportive, and I will drop to LTFTT at 60% for my final rotation.

37 week induction- success stories?
I don’t know whether it’s because, as an
IVF
pregnancy, I was hoping to have this portion of the pregnancy be natural and wanted the opportunity to have a midwife-led birth.

Referral to Professor Siobhan Quenby for RIF
I started my
IVF
journey in May 2022 after 6 months of letrozole with no luck. After a lower than expected AMH level (10.7), I was delighted to have collected 18 eggs. 14 eggs fertilised (standard
IVF
), 8 made it to blastocyst stage and 5 were frozen (freeze-all due to risk of OHSS).

What tests and other investigations did you do after repeated miscarriage?
Hi ladies, My full story is up in my profile, but in a nutshell, I have been lucky enough to get pregnant following each of my two
IVF
cycles, however, both ended up in miscarriages. The first at 6 weeks and just now at 9 weeks.
