He recommended that I still continue with
iron
biglycinate 20mg at night and magnesium malate, or a good multivitamin with these in it.

Can anyone shed light on my blood test results? Taking NDT. Thank you!
I take a number of supplements:
iron
, magnesium, selenium, probiotic, zinc, ashwagandha (for cortisol). I am having occasional night time hypoglycaemic episodes (according to a CGM that I'm trying out), so not sure if that's related. Any thoughts here and way forward at all?

iron
saturation 35% (25.00-50.00%) Had a fbc inc. Bone profile. Nurse commented cholesterol too high at 6.26 . She was unaware of any link between hypo and cholesterol. I'm 72, currently taking 100mcg levo. Vit D spray.

Does anyone have any direct experience of Targinact?
My
iron
/ferritin/saturation levels are all being checked with a view to a Ferinject infusion, and my psychiatrist is kind, caring and knowledgeable, so I feel I'm in good hands. But I'm still terrified and wonder how much Targinact I'll need to take to get the RLS under control.

I believe fluoride damages the intestinal lining and interferes with
iron
absorption. Fluoride may also increase the expression of hepcidin which down regulates
iron
absorption. Current treatments for RLS include
iron
infusion and/or supplementation.

Iron Bisglycinate
I am in the US and looked at a number of 25 mg of
iron
bisglycinate products (gentle
iron
) on Amazon. All listed there percent of daily value (US) at 139%. Most did not list their elemental
iron
but two did and they listed it as 25 mg. So my apologies!

Update- I no longer take Dipyridamole
The Urge to move -
Iron
helps me and I continue to take Ferrous Bisglycinate daily at night. Vitamin D helps me keep my ferritin levels up with ease. If
iron
is the issue, no drugs are going to work until the
iron
issue is resolved! Insomnia - seems to have gotten under control by itself.

Can't find proper thyroid medication
My vitamins are all optimal as well (vtiamin D,
iron
, ferratin, b12, selenium). I've also had my adrenals tested and the levels are normal. when taking t4 only or t4 + t3 I feel the most "normal" but I have TONS of hair shedding, and it doesn't stop.

Bit lost …wondering where I’m heading …
Hi forum friends I went to my gp Friday to see what help I might get re my thyroid now and also if I might see a haematologist re high serum
iron
but low ferritin (28 …5-204) thus can’t take three arrows.

Guidance for RLS
I'm also curious to know if anyone has tried
iron
infusions? I read a study that said this has proven helpful. Thanks in advance for any tips and advice.
