Abnormal liver function+
Hi all, I’ve just had a call from my surgery to say I’ve had an abnormal liver test result. The receptionist said I need to repeat the test and asked which vitamins I was taking. She then said I can’t have an appointment to see the doctor for two weeks and she can’t fit me in for a blood test yet but

Inositol
Has anyone used Inositol? I have never heard of it before and it came up in an advert I saw so I’m wondering if it is worthwhile? Thanks!

So what's on my mind
I'm a ripe aged woman, years ago diagnosed on luteal phase deffect. Here I've used to hear 'Love, this is not a big deal. Adding some progesteron will definitely help!' So probably it would have helped if only my eggs were healthy..After years of ttc actively and trying things aimed at fertility boosting

Selenium recommendation please?
Can anyone recommend a good selenium tablet please ? I’ve just read the ingredients in the one I bought and it contains other vitamins that I’m not sure I should be taking. Also I’ve seen recommendations for Myoinositol to aid gut health, has anyone tried it and is this something members would advise

If any of you knowledgeable people have the time, could you please look through this list of what’s in H&B mega vits and tell me if there’s anything I shouldn’t be taking. I’m hypothyroid with antibodies and on levothyroxine. I take one of these vits everyday at lunchtime and take my Levo at approx

T3 lower, TSH much higher after T3/T4 time-release - take T3 only, or T3 with levo?
Hi all, I'm from the U.S. but find info here great so wonder if you could advise what I should do next. Main question is, should I take T3 (5 mcg.) only to flush out RT3? Or take the T3 in addition to my old T4 levothyroxine, and if so, 75 mcg. of the T4 or just take 37.5 mcg (1/2 tab)? This was first

Hi guys... Brand new here. 23 female. After years of research and trying so many vitamins and seeing so many doctors I think I've finally narrowed down my lifelong symptoms to a possible B12/Folate deficiency. A few years ago my doctor told me I was "a little low" in B12 and D (despite the fact that

Selenium/Inositol & TSH
I have got a bit of a stupid question! I am considering supplementing with Selenium & Inositol as there have been studies that it lowers TPO antibodies and TSH. However, my TSH is 0.027 so doesn't need to be any lower so what would happen? Would it be dangerous in any way?
