Hello, everyone, I've an appointment to see my doctor tomorrow and would like to know what strength of buprenorphine helps rls? I'm not doing so good, rls back with a vengeance, had to go back on the hrt gel as I found my rls was way worse after stopping it, I'm crawling all over, day and night since

Myelofibrosis and bone pain
how do people manage bone pain with Myelofibrosis. I used to get a dull ache in my shin bone only at night occasionally but now it is just about daily and is impacting on my ability to sleep. I bought CBD oil but it is not really helping and paracetamol doesn’t work at all. I don’t want to get into

Coming off Liothyronine
Ive had thyroid probs for more than 20 years first hyperactive then following radio
iodine
treatment hypo, since then Ive been on Levothyroxine 125-150mg daily. I've never felt really satified with the treatment but had settle into a kind of acceptance and was self dosing at times.

Horizant
After pregabalin and gabapentin both made me nervous (I successfully tolerated the pregabalin for years, with daytime sedation however). Codeine also seems to be waking me up instead of sedating me. Doctor is suggesting trying Horizant. I know it is for people who experience symptoms all day, but

Codeine report
Took 1/2 tab of Tylenol #2 at 9:00pm. Came on strong and I was very stoned in a half an hour. I did go to sleep after a half an hour or so for about two hours. Then woke up with PLMs and sort of fearful (may just be from knowing what this process can do to my life and fearing that codeine won't work

Codeine/magnesium/food
Am I right that codeine interacts with magnesium (I take magnesium threonate and magnesium bysglicinate)? And what about taking codeine with food or not? Thanks.

Low TSH, Subacute Thyroiditis & Iodine Excess
Furthermore, in late August, I started taking prenatal vitamins, which contained
iodine
, and therefore unknowingly prolonged the thyroid inflammation.

The Next Step
Here I am again! I’m feeling pretty desperate this morning, so tired after yet another bad night. My symptoms are worsening in that they are now apparent in the evening as well as night. I’m now twitching and jumping in the night as well as restless legs. The symptoms don’t settle early morning as

Hello everyone, I decided to go cold turkey on the last quarter of pramipexole, its been 5 days now, I had to up the codeine as the 900mg dose of gabapentin was making me feel weird, the rls is mostly confined to my legs which is great, so far I'm not getting a huge amount of sleep, mostly 1.5hrs at

Heart, heat or dental
I can’t believe what glorious weather we’re having but 30 seconds stood in it to wave relatives off this afternoon was enough for me! Definitely enjoyed the respite of the brief showers too. I’ve been feeling rough the last few days but can’t decide if it’s my heart, the heat or the infection in my

Wasting GP’s Time, so it seems

I took another copy of the Mayo Clinic guidelines with me.When I told him about the tingling and aching in my legs, he examined then with a Doppler, he did not do a neurological exam.I explained the guidelines would suggest the need for an iron infusion considering my nightly

ADVICE PLEASE asap
If I take 10mg of zolpidem when I go to bed, is it safe to take 30mg codeine if I wake in the middle of the night with RLS symptoms. Have googled drug.com and see a MAJOR interaction so am worried about taking both. My sleep specialist who prescribed them never gave me any advice.

I told him all areas that hurt and he said "Ooh, rheumatology
