Sylvia Plath and B12?
Has anyone else pondered on the links here? Although I can find all sorts of discussion about her early stresses, repeated losses and struggle with depression, even chemical imbalances, possible bipolar, not a jot can I find about the B12 deficiency which she would have had at least at one point, even

I found this helpful
I evaluated the information on injecting available regarding injecting insulin with regards to risk of self preloading syringes and multi use vials. I also evaluated information available for clinical environment injections. I found this information and my evaluation more credible and helpful than

Trying to avoid the sugar crash and ween myself off it…
1st I swapped ordinary sugar for Demerara sugar (not brown sugar). And moved to honey and/ or dates as sweetener wherever I could. Trying to stop having sugar makes you have severe sugar cravings, (my body craves sugar 24hrs after I eat something sweet because it naturally produces insulin at that

My symptoms and solution attempts for fibromyalgia
Hey there. I’ve had fibromyalgia for over 10 years now and a lot of other problems came with. So, I want to try to keep this brief and beneficial, so…wish me luck… hope this helps… symptoms Please note, my memory isn’t the best, and everything is connected, so I might miss some symptoms out by accident

Diabetes (T2) in relation to Psoriatic Arthritis

Advice on where to get blood tests done privately
Hi all, I hope you can help with my query. I've always had issues with T4 but after a good few years of a boost on dessicated thyroid (Erfa) the weight is piling on again. My private doctor has recommended I get the following tested but I'm struggling to find a company that can test my fasting glucose

Not about PCa but interesting: GLP-1 Receptor Agonists help with colorectal cancer
"A research letter recently published in JAMA Oncology has provided some promising insights into the potential of Glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) in lowering the risk of colorectal cancer (CRC) among patients with type 2 diabetes. The study involved a national retrospective analysis

Thankful
My husband had his first chemo treatment of 275ml Docetaxel (Taxotere) on 1/11/24 at 2 pm. Thankfully he has had no bad side effects to it except for flatulence. He has not had to take any pain medication since mid day on 1/11/24. Before that he was having to take Oxycodone 10mg every 4 hours or
