Storage conditions for Insulin
Hello, could you please suggest storage conditions for insulin and how it reacts when it's at diff. temperatures? Also, how can we know insulin is not usable? I kept insulin in the refrigerator and am taking with me to the office with cooling bags. For the last 2 days, I am unable to manage my BS levels

Mislocalised calcium channel causes insulin secretion defect in diabetes.
After a meal the blood sugar rises . To counteract this and to make sugar available to the body, specialised cells in the pancreas get activated to secrete insulin. In people with diabetes, this mechanism fails, which leads to elevated blood sugar and a host of other diabetes related complications.

Foods that are good/bad
Hiya, I've been reading a few articles about PCOS and the diets associated with them I wondered if anybody knows what sort of foods you should try and avoid if you have PCOS. Does it really make a difference if you miss out the starchy foods etc? I don't understand completely the whole insulin part

Is it advisable to use VICTOZA even when blood sugar is fully under control with insulin ?
The victoza, a GLP 1 analogue, liraglutide, is available in injection form. Is it better than insulin if you have associated cardiac problems ? Is it safe drug with minimum side effects ? Any experience or suggestion.
