I'm on
Infliximab
to treat crohns so assumed it was related to that and an ecg has shown them but nothing to worry about. However today I had incredible chest pain behind my left boob, lasting about 10 mins and shooting type pain in my shoulder and down my arm.

How often are you taking infliximab
How you feeling with it? I feel normal for the first 6 weeks (no flares, full of energy) then go down hill for the next 2. I have it every 8 weeks. Anyone else have this?

Tonsillectomy
Doctor today said that I would be at no greater risk than others, despite being on
infliximab
and at this point my tonsils are doing me more harm than good. What experiences with tonsillectomies do you guys have? Cheers, Sam

Help for au pair foreign girl suffering of Bechet coming to UK
I've been suffering from Behcet disease (with very mild symptoms) for nearly 4 years and 3 years ago I started being under Remicade (

Lung CT Scan showed: "Mild bilateral apical pleural and left lower lobe thickening"
32, 185cm, 85kg, Male, Questran Lite/
Infliximab
infusion medication, non-smoker, had Asthma and currently have Crohn's disease. I get atrial fibrillation only when I have a fever. I got a cough earlier this year and my doctor did a CT scan which showed a bit of thickening on the lung.

Testing for azathioprone
Kind of do and don't want to have it, or it's
infliximab
discussion. Not taken this type of drug before and quite worried about long term side effects. Been on and off oral prednisone since 2010, but latest consultant thinks we've run out of options on using steroids.

First Infliximab infusion next week - anyone's experiences appreciated
I'm having my first
Infliximab
infusion on Tuesday and just wondered how anyone else found the experience and whether the drug worked for them? The main thing I wondered is how effective is it? If it works, how soon does it? I'd be grateful to hear of other's experiences, thank you.

Advice on safe painkillers please
I'm currently in quite a severe flare of my UC and I'm waiting to start
Infliximab
infusions at Hospital. I'm really struggling with my hip pain (that my Consultant has told me is due to my IBD) and it's becoming quite debilitating when I'm walking.

Severe reaction after infliximab infusion!
Has anyone ever had a reaction after
infliximab
infusion? I've got very painful skin which keeps flaring into a rash and is very dry. I also have a droopy left eye which keeps flickering! I've felt like this for 2 weeks and want to know when it will end?!

Our treatment is tailored individually for our needs, this may include raising or lowering the dose of
