Rheumatoid Arthritis together with Sarcoidosis

Have landed back in hospital after having another infection which they can't see where it's coming from. It all started by going on Cimzia which induced coughing and I ended up in hospital with a chest infection. Meanwhile they found out after test that I have sarcoidosis. They took me off the methotrexate and cimzia and ended up with my immune system out of control. This year they started me on Infliximab as that is supposed to help with the sarcoidosis along with methotrexate injections and felt so much better, I've only had 2 infusions and started feeling much better, now I have got another infection which they cannot find out where it is coming from, and I've been in a week and now rheumatology have taken me off all my rheumatoid tablets so to let the antibiotics work, and the sarcoidosis have got much worse. Has anyone else had the same problems? Desperate for some answers.
