Stopping infliximab
I was due to have an
infliximab
infusion last Feb but due to covid this appt. was cancelled. I was called last March by the RA CNS who advised that they were unable to offer
infliximab
now and that she would call me back in 6 months time to reassess the situation.

How to get a drip of infliximab/remicade in US for foreigners?
My name is Sara, I'm italian and I cure my bechet's disease with a 150ml
infliximab
/remicade drip once every 9 weeks. I'm now planning to temporarily move to the US and I would need to get at least 1 drip there, more precisely in San Diego CA.

Infliximab
/Remicade. I am due my 4th infusion on 14th but not sure whteher to delay this as I am experiencing joint pain/weakness and hair loss. I am not sure if it is the actual crohns disease or
infliximab
causing this.

Surprised nobody here is taking infliximab?
edit: as soon as I posted the forum showed me posts with
infliximab
in the title. I was surprised almost all of them are pretty old (4 to 8 years old!).

The Flu Vaccine, Inflammatory Arthritis, and COVID-19: What You Need to Know
Although researchers have also found that people taking methotrexate or TNF inhibitor biologics — like etanercept (Enbrel), adalimumab (Humira), and
infliximab
(Remicade) — do have an acceptable response to the flu vaccine, the response isn’t as strong as it is in healthy individuals who are not taking

Behcets and Miscarriage
But since I started taking
infliximab
4 years ago it has been well controlled. I was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage last Monday and I was given medication to being on the miscarriage but it caused me to get sick, severe pain and hasn’t completely worked.

The Sweet syndrome as a cutaneous manifestation of Crohn’s disease
His condition was well controlled with mesalamine and
infliximab
. The patient developed a skin RASH, and given his history of using a hot tub at the gym, he was diagnosed with hot tub FOLLICULITIS (bacterial folliculitis) and prescribed the antibiotic, oral ciprofloxacin.

Remsima (Infliximab) Side Effects
Four months ago I started on Remsima (
Infliximab
) in combination with Methotrexate. I noted the common side effects and just recently I am getting a few of them - and very unpleasant they are!

Coronavirus , Infliximab and work
I am on
infliximab
infusions every two months. My last infusion was delayed by 2wks as my neutrophils dropped to low. I am due for my next dose on 27th March. Blood test 23rd . The bosses are a bit like "whatever, we will get it anyway".

Hi I am due to have my first infusion next week of
infliximab
. What side effects might I expect. I have read the information on this drug but I wondered what other people think. I am slightly anxious as I have previously had Steven Johnson syndrome twice !!!

Remicade versus Inflectra
Had my
infliximab
last week but haven't been feeling as well as I usually do after my infusion. I've found out today, after 16 years on Remicade, they changed it last week to Inflectra without telling me. Has anyone else been switched like this? If so, did you notice any difference? Thanks Ruth

Hello all , 24 months approaching 😎👍
Luckily I responded well to the initial steroid and
infliximab
infusions and now all in remission.. it’s for life , same as Crohn’s disease , I’m on some other horrible chemotherapy drug ( Methotrexate) which is also used in IBD to suppress your immune.. blood tests every 2 weeks to keep an eye it’s
