Hi jaqi1, There's lots of information on here about the covid vaccination but if you can't find what you're looking for - do have a check on the Covid section of our website for the latest updates: nras.org.uk/2021/01/20/upda... and if you have any further questions contact the NRAS Helpline team on 0800 298 7650 or email helpline@nras.org.uk Best wishes

I recently had my infusion of Infliximab on 26.1.21 and was told by the nurse that I could have the vaccine 10-14 days after or mid way during the eight weeks!! Unsure, I called the help line of Rheumatology and left a message regarding the vaccine concerns. A nurse called me back and informed me that they had been told that evening we could have the vaccine at any time after our treatment.
I then spoke to my GP who said it did make sense to have the vaccine mid term, but we would have the choice of appointments to enable us to feel more comfortable if we preferred to have the vaccine half way through or straight away.
Slightly conflicting, but I think I will ere on the side of caution and have it mid way. Strangely, I made my appointment for the vaccine next week which works out half way.
I hope that's helped ?
