IBS D & Imodium plus possible Eye problem?
I believe mine is stress related, I’m on sertraline (anxiety) and amitriptyline (bowel) and can usual manage with
Imodium
but nothing seems to be working at present. I can’t seem to get the dosage right as I either have one good day then I’m back to the same problems.

How to Balance Low Sodium and Electrolyte Replacement During Exercise?
There are two nutrition segments who do not communicate much: low sodium diets and electrolyte replacement. I have seen a number of articles about "low sodium backpacking" and "low sodium backpacking meals." There are also many, many articles (likely driven by a lucrative market) on electrolyte replacement

Has anyone with ET suffered sudden complete hearing loss in one ear?
This has happened to me after having my ear looked at querying wax. Told ear was clear and immediately after leaving audiologist my hearing had gone completely. I have since seen GP who said their WAS wax and prescribed drops of sodium bicarbonate for a week, after which an attempt was made to wash out

0% potassium ketchup
Hi, been away for a while, but have a quick question. Our Kroger grocery store sells a Kroger brand ketchup that has 50% less sodium and zero potassium. Can I trust this label? How can ketchup (made from tomatoes) be zero potassium?

Dear friends, I have a ‘what would you do’ scenario that I’d really love your help with, please.
More drugs may be needed, such as, controversial, Statins to reduce cholesterol and anitvirals to reduce infection due to compromised immune system and even
Imodium
for diarrhoea, although, I would definitely try Slippery Elm first.
