They have suggested
immunotherapy
( not sure what type). Thoughts? Also any research out there regarding PRRT? Any other trials? I thought there were threads but couldn’t find.

Goods news
I had to consult a private oncologist in Oxford (as no one in the NHS had time for further discussions with me) He confirmed my readings that chemotherapy (because of my genetic mutation zlras G12v) and
immunotherapy
(because of my lack of Pdl 1 (0%) were unlikely to help much in case of recurrence

Information and experiences please?
If it is treatable, I would imagine
immunotherapy
is a common treatment. My friend is hesitant, very concerned about side effects. Can you talk about your experiences with them? Thank you, I appreciate your insights.

We might for the first time really be thinking of cures of cancer’
Now, about 60% of patients see a very significant benefit from
immunotherapy
. Even more exciting, for a percentage of patients, the melanoma isn't coming back. We might for the first time really be thinking of cures of cancer.

PSA still low but cancer progressing
I asked about other potentially useful treatments such as Pluvicto or
immunotherapy
drugs but he said they were not recommended as the next step. I think he's just following the NHS script for treatment progression.

Prostate cancer morphed into NEPC
Now I'm on carboplatin, etoposide and Atezolizumab- chemotherapy and
immunotherapy
. The following article from Healthline is a great description of what took place, and possibly why.
