I am half considering asking for a
hysterectomy
, get it out and hope it doesn't return. I have my boys, do NOT want any more and i'm in my 40s now anyway. Any advice welcome. Thank you :)

How do you live with chronic endometriosis pain?
Now I'm going for a
hysterectomy
but told ahead that it won't take my pain away. That the endo pain will always be a part of my life. I have chronic depression & general anxiety but I try not to feel sorry for myself. I go out & see couples & babies that will never be a part of my life.

It's just life
Sometimes life is not fair, I have never been loved by any man, suffer from daily chronic endometriosis & my upcoming
hysterectomy
assures me the will be no last minute miracle baby. Life owes us nothing & sometimes it's what we get.

Ovarian Cyst
Hi I had a
hysterectomy
in June following a bleed. She thought it was due to my pessary, however found I had a cyst on my left ovary. Was referred for sonogram/ultrasound and results were it was soft filled with liquid about 3.5 cm circumference. I also have a thickened endometriosis.

Pregnant and awaiting second Lap
I’m currently on the waiting list for my second Lap but me and my partner have decided to try for a baby and have my OP after and ask for a
hysterectomy
as our family would then be complete. If I do fall pregnant and they give me a date for my OP, what happens?

Zoladex
My consultant said if this zoladex treatment doesn’t work then a
hysterectomy
is the only other option. The way i feel right now this will be a blessing as it’s dominating my everyday.

HRT & Post menopausal bleeding
I don't want to be chasing down an inconvenient, painful and expensive (I have a very high insurance deductible) path towards a
hysterectomy
. But, of course if it's something really bad I know I need to take action.

Help and advice regarding management of surgical menopause at 27 years old?
Hiya, I'm 27 years old, just been diagnosed with early stage uterine cancer and as it's estrogen positive, I will be unable to commence hormone replacement therapy after my
hysterectomy
(inc. uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes and removal of both ovaries).

Concern about surviving surgery
Anyone have diabetes, asthma and had total
hysterectomy
due to ovarian cancer. How did you do after surgery. Wondering if I will survive surgery.
