Is this normal?
Hi everyone, I am looking for some help and perhaps a touch of reassurance that what i am experiencing is normal. I am new to all this and very overwhelmed and the info from doctors is well, erm lacking is probably the polite way to put it. To give some context I have been poorly for around 2 years

Rash on legs, spreading to
I'm on Ramipril, Atorvastatin, esomprazole and 75mg aspirin. I've been taking these for 18 months since my MI. I stopped taking ticagrelor after 12 months. Anyway, 6 days ago, I started to get a rash on my legs which has gotten worse and worse and is now spreading to my belly. It's really itchy/uncomfortable

Adrenaline during asthma attacks
Anyone had this? How does it work? I had an adrenaline injection and the rest nebulised (along with hydrocortisone, magnesium, atrovent nebs, and salbutamol nebs) yesterday evening during a bad attack (silent parts of my chest again etc.). Not staying in any longer than needed being discharged today

Symptoms after starting NDT
Hi, I am pan hypopituitary, so have to take all pituitary replacement hormones, including. Hydrocortisone and thyroxine. I have been on thyroxine 100mg for 20 years and did ok, but in the last couple of years I’ve struggled with hypothyroid symptoms. My T4 is at the top of the normal range and my T3

RASHES WITH RA
Hi, I managed to see the nurse at my GP practice yesterday. I am wondering if any one else on Methotrexate, has vascular dermatitis or vascular eczema on their lower legs and ankles. It comprises of tiny red spots which are very sore and follow the line of the tiny capillaries just under the skin

Cortisol question with severe hypo
Hi again, apologies for posting again so soon, trying to understand my own health puzzle ! I posted the other day about TSH of 11 and BELOW range T4 and T3. Have an endo appointment next week to discuss this. My Genova cortisol test has just come back and I'm surprised because everything looks pretty

Adrenal deficient
I had a test to check if my adrenals were working. It just took half an hour. Few days later I had a telephone call to say they needed to see me and my husband. My adrenal levels were very low. It was a daunting hour while we were both instructed how to cope with an adrenal failure episode. I came

Eczema
I've been diagnosed with RA for 7 years now and between medication and exercise manage it well. However, recently I've noticed I've had several bouts of eczema which usually clear up quite quickly with hydrocortisone cream from the pharmacy. The current one though on my foot is taking ages even though
