DAO enzyme not deficient but histamine intolerance continues...
My DAO enzyme results came back at normal levels, and my
histamine
also came back at a normal level. However my
histamine
intolerance
continues, I have to take two anti-histamines every 24 hours or I will start to feel crippling symptoms and nausea vomiting etc.

Frustrated at endo's obsession with TSH when other results point in the opposite direction
I also had a severe increase in
histamine
intolerance
symptoms of my throat narrowing, my face, mouth, tongue and throat going numb, severe headaches and throbbing over my right eye. Fearing an allergy to Armour, I came off it and returned to my previous dose of T4/T3 combination.

Seeking mast cell disorder diagnosis
I think I may well have a mast cell disorder/
histamine
intolerance
. I have read quite a lot about it and my symptom profile seems to fit very well. Symptoms started about 12 years ago and worsened with two episodes of burnout in Jan 2021 and June 2022.

Histamines Affecting Asthma?
It does seem that alcohol contains high level of histamine, along with other foodstuffs and I am wondering whether I have developed some sort of
histamine
intolerance
. My Fexofenadine anti
histamine
doesn't seem to be enough at the moment.

IBS and histamine intolerance or DAO insufficiency
Does anyone have experience of coping with IBS and some form of
histamine
intolerance
at the same time? I just seem to have insufficient DAO (can eat spinach but not a lot of other things on the list), but it's hard to know sometimes what is causing bloating, cramps, etc. Thanks

Advice is needed please on Latest labs
I'm currently on a low
Histamine
diet for
Histamine
Intolerance
. And I don't know what is driving that :-( I do take 13 mcg of Tirosint. However, I did not take any biotin or my thyroid medication the morning of the test and I was fasting.
