5 months post heart surgery and I’ve committed to doing the 50 miles during October for the BHF. Is anyone else planning to do this?

This photo was taken 2 months after surgery and with our new granddaughter who was born when I was in ICU recovering after the op. Having made a full recovery, I appreciate just how fortunate I am and how important it is to help raise awareness and support the journey of others. So, I'm raising money for the Charity to help and so far have got to £850

jf you’d like to help please share the link and let’s see how much support we can get for the foundation and how much of a difference we we make for others who have to face similar experiences.

Happy Sunday everyone!
