Heart Murmur and Ectopic Beats
Hey all, First time posting and a little nervous, so apologies.... As of the beginning of last year, i started to notice I had ectopic beats. They used to only be something I experienced when I was say over tired, or stressed (or hungover haha), where as now they are with me everyday, every 100 beats

Although I have a mild
heart
murmur
it has been diagnosed as gastric related and I’ve been given Lansoprazole to try. I’m concerned as one of the side effects is osteoporosis of the hip - I already have osteopenia. Is this type of issue linked to UAT and could it indicate under medication?

Quite a shock when the Dr heard a
heart
murmur
and ordered an echocardiogram. Any advice from others with this condition would be greatly appreciated.

Results of echo
I’m so pleased and relieved, as the cardiologist heard a
heart
murmur
but turns out it’s just because I am slim. The letter only said it was normal, it didn’t have any results or anything.

Heart murmur
I went to my GP on Friday because I have menopausal and thyroid symptoms, GP said I have a
heart
murmur
. I am booked in for bloods and ECG this week, waiting for echo date. I guess, I just want to know how worried should I be?

I have a
heart
murmur
and have to take a nuclear stress test. I also have to have an abdominal MRI using Dotarem dye, which is considered safe for an MRI. I mainly worry that, after all this, I will be considered as too risky for the surgery.

Results of recent Echocardiogram
I was diagnosed with a
heart
murmur
last September at a routine drs appointment, only to be diagnosed a few months later after numerous tests, with moderate aortic regurgitation and a bicuspid valve which they believe has been from birth.

Echo results - Translation
These findings were reassuring and explained the faint systolic
heart
murmur
heard but did not confirm significant malformations, as such. It remains still possible that the mild changes described, however, might contribute to the atypical chest complaints and the ectopic atrial rhythm.

AF in 30's - anxiety and worry!
I had an illness when I was a child that left me with an innocent
heart
murmur
- and then Afib struck for first time ever age 32 at 39 weeks pregnant with my second and last baby. Giving birth in that state was horrendous, and it started my journey with health anxiety.

Mitral valve regurgitation
I've always had a
heart
murmur
, from birth, I was to take beta blockers when I was younger but stop around age 20. The murmur is due to mild mitral valve regurgitation. I have never had any routine follow ups etc. Only ever when I've had worsened symptoms.

Aortic Stenosis I’m so confused!
I was found to have a
heart
murmur
by accident in 2012. I was put under cardiology where they told me I had a bicuspid valve and was seen every 3 years initially. Iwas later signed off because they said it wasn’t progressing but to go back if I noticed anything different.
