Self-introduction
I struggle with several mental
health
conditions such as depression and
anxiety
, which I feel are compounded by a number of factors. I hope that I can connect with like-minded individuals here who actually care about my feelings. Thank you all for understanding me.

Not sure if I love my husband anymore.
He also is now making my
anxiety
and other mental
health
issues about him. So now I must lean on my family (which they don’t mind, because they don’t really care for him) to get through my hardest days. I just need to think all of this through; we have two kids and a dog.

Nailfold infection
I have my second nailfold infection in 2 months - it is proving difficult to resolve and a few days ago a telangectasia bled profusely for no reason. Is this connected to my Systemic Sclerosis or just a coincident. Thanks for any thoughts on this.

I feel so hopeless and that I will never change
And I don’t know why I have so much
health
anxiety
and don’t know why think the worst problems will hit me like cancer or something else. Even Though I have no real reason to believe that is the case. I hate that I sleep only during the day it ruins my social life.

Compression stockings
My husband has been wearing his compression stocks for 7 weeks now after having had a triple heart bypass. They are driving him mad now and he wants to stop wearing them. How long should they be worn for? Appreciate any advice, please.

Low blood pressure from ADT? After almost 2 years on Orgovyx my blood pressure continues to drop.
I’ve seen reports here where most men on ADT have rises in blood pressure. Mine continues to drop dramatically while exercising and sometimes just walking around the house. But normal blood pressure is 112/80 with a resting rate of 52 and O2 levels at 95 to 97.

Overcoming my health anxiety
I've been pushing myself lately to just try and eat and just wait it out to see if I have a allergic reaction...it's hell living like this. Everything seems foreign to my body because of how long I've went without eating lots of things,so I'm re introducing alot to myself again. And I know my body will

My IBS Team Sheet – 7. Anxiety - General Anxiety Disorder G.A.D. (How I manage)
I also have problems with Social and
Health
anxiety
which I will discuss in other Posts soon. I have chosen G.A.D. to start with as I had experienced this form of anxiety only yesterday evening.
