Do these symptoms coincide with B12 deficiency?
I went to my PCP where she ran various tests for pancreas function,
H
.
Pylori
, kidney function, liver function. All of that came back fine. Long story short she also checked my b12. It came back at 198, which according to her is low but not extremely low.

Non specific gastritis, I’m not really sure what that means! 😏
I also had a negative
H
Pylori
test. Just as I think I’m starting to understand a little more about what ails me I find I haven’t got a clue really! 😂 I’m sure I’m not alone in feeling this way! All the best of health to you all. K. Xx

Stomach issues
I have had a recent negative test for
h
-
pylori
. I had a CT scan 2 weeks ago and get result tomorrow. It feels like a chronic gastritis and maybe a little ulcer that is not getting very bad because of the PPI. But otherwise I have no idea and am fed up.

IBS? Sticky, err...
About a decade ago I had triple therapy to eradicate
h
.
Pylori
and that helped with other GI issues. Coeliac serology negative about two years ago, but a relative has just discovered she has it and our family is littered with autoimmune diseases (including me with Hashimotos).

Gastritis/h.pylori without pain (but with worsening shortness of breath)
I should point out that I've not been tested for
h
pylori
yet but I'm considering this. Any of you guys experience similar symptoms/experiences? Cheers

Feeling out of control and can’t breathe or sleep
She was thinking it may be an ulcer and sent me
H
Pylori
testing but that was negative. I’m so scared. Now I’ll be doing an endoscopy to find out what this could be. Points to liver right? My AST and ALT have remained normal. I do have a urinary tract infection also. I can’t sleep.

Update: dramatic response from the chemotherapy
Prompted by this, I started tests and treatment at GI physician who performed colonoscopy and endoscopy and only found
H
.
Pylori
which was subsequently treated via antibiotics. No other anomalies, tumors or malignancies were found.

Posters in the 88th Meeting of the American Thyroid Association: Malabsorption, T4 and GI problems
The median need for T4 ranged from 1.45 lg/ Kg BW/day in
H
pylori
related disorders to 1.76 lg/Kg BW/day in celiac patients. These data clearly indicate that GI disorders, mostly occult, account for a significant fraction of T4-treated patients with refractory hypothyroidism.

Your advice please - not sure what to do next
I have a meat and fish eating diet with lots of eggs so thought I might have absorption problem that could be linked to severe bout of
H
Pylori
back in 2016 which I had triple therapy for 1 week.
