My liver alt levels? Were 550 ( Sky high!)

Now it's within normal range at 4.

I'm on Metformin 850 mg X2 a day. On risperidone and aripriprizole and levothyroxine and liothyronine for Hashimotos. I also take TMG, NAC: NAC is a fantastic supplement for reducing fat in the liver. I've also been taking liposomal glutathione and tumeric teas with my meals. I will be honest. My diet has not been perfect and it's been out the window due to stressful nonsense l etc. I've been eating fish n Chips, pizzas, chocolates, etc X3 a week. Still my liver has improved I've been incorporating lots of sauerkraut and salads and other veggies with the junk food: Not so much fruit.

Tbh my diet over 6 years ago was so much super healthier. I've even drank diet coca-cola for the first time in 10 years. It's 😍 amazing. For a while I could not tolerate it due to my conditions. I tried the fat coca-cola : horrible sensation in my liver area! Don't recommend! If you mix diet coke served hot with spices like fresh ginger with lemon: it's quite medicinal.

I've even lost 2 extra kilos in weight. Yet still looking weighty around the stomach area. 😂

Not to worry.

Gym? Barely.

Yet still get judgements from others for eating takeaways etc the comments from people!

#£#& them!

Hahaha 🤣

Enjoy life the best you can!

So there you go guys: everyone is different! I know this will shock you all but I wont recommend my diet to anyone because everyone's systems is different. If you have something that works for for it. If you do like fish n chips and heavy dampening foods: do incorporate steam cooked and blanched green vegetables with lots of sauerkraut and salads on the side followed by tumeric and fennel teas. Helps burn it all off.

I've stopped drinking alcohol for many months that's helped a lot I really recommend avoiding alcohol in the spring time that's when your liver is clearing out.

Then your NAC ,TMG, liposomal glutathione supplements. Always check with your doctor Naturally. They are brilliant!

I love the Metformin btw; it's a wonder drug!

Everything is going in the right direction I wish you guys all the best! If ya need tips and tricks to help burn that fat in the liver, I can certainly help you!

Just pm me any time. Lots of tricks and info for you all.
