OHSS, how long after egg collection?
I have all the risk factors for OHSS, but we are mitigating as much as possible (
gnrh
agonist trigger, freezing eggs, Cabergoline, clexane and
gnrh
antagonist for the next few days). For those who have had OHSS, how long after the collection did you start to get symptoms?

Undecided on ADT
On one side it seems that relugolix would decrease the risk of cardiovascular events (as all
GnRH
antagonists). I say it seems because it's not confirmed. Plus of course I can take it without having to have an injection.

Falling ALT - Pathway to Sarcopenia? - More Exercise Needed?
Two years in to my de novo high volume metastatic prostate cancer diagnosis, I am pleased to report excellent results so far with triplet therapy (Docetaxel chemo completed, Abiraterone ARPI, Firmagon/Degarelix
GnRH
antagonist as ADT). However I would be grateful for any advice today.

Pain relief advice
I have been contemplating going privately or trying
GnRh
injections until I get a date. I can't have the contraceptive pill, ibuprofen or the coil. Has anyone got any advice on pain relief going forward until I can have this laprocospy again? Currently taking mefenamic acid. Thank you 🙂

What’s not normal…
I then had the
GnRH
injection lasting 3 months… I’m awaiting my second surgery within this time 🤞 Taking tibolone to help with side affects. I no longer really know what’s good or bad care… What’s normal with this disease. From the pains in back to all the way down the legs.

And because of the pharmacokinetics of this excellent
GnRH
antagonist ADT drug, it's recommended that you take it every day at exactly the same time. And if you miss a dose apparently it's not a good thing.

Not sure what to do....
As of December 2023, I have been put on
GnRH
(Triptorelin) with add back (Tibolone) and frankly I am wondering where this merry-go-round of feeling dreadful stops?! 🤯 My day-to-day quality of life is not good at all.

Periods After GNRH Injections
Just wondering when did your cycles return back to normal after stopping
GNRH
injections (zoladex etc)? I’m only a few days after the 28 days mark so not sure what to expect.

GnRH Injections & Mirena Coil
Also, may sound stupid but if you have the Mirena &
GnRH
+ Tibolone - is there a possibility I could start bleeding again?

where do I go from here…
I sought help again and asked to be referred to an endo specialist centre - only to be seen 13 months later and not placed on the endometriosis clinic… I was told I had to try the coil initially and then look at
Gnrh
injections which I really don’t want to go down the route of having due to the side

Orgovyx with BAT Questions
Q: Since Orgo lowers LH Luteinizing hormone FSH Follicle-Stimulating Hormone by competitively binding to the
GnRH
receptors. Does this interfere with any other processes in the body? In other words does LH and FSH have any other roles in our body?

Surgery follow-up appointment
The doctor then went to speak to the consultant who did my surgery, and she suggested getting the
GnRH
Analogue Injections and going on HRT to prevent the side effects of the injections. Has anyone been put on this treatment plan and is willing to share their experience?

GnRH analogues
Hi all, I am due to be starting injectable
GnRH
analogues soon alongside a HRT, dose anyone have any advice/ guidance on them and their side effects and management? In the past I have had Nafarelin (Synarel). The plan is to have these before surgery as NHS wait is 50 weeks where I am.

Scared of GnRH as symptoms include osteoporosis, alopecia and hot flashes. Endo and fibroid.
Gyna suggested surgery but must take
GnRH
for 6 months pre surgery to avoid blood loss and eventually hysterectomy. I'm 29.
GnRH
side effects scares me - alopecia osteoporosis depression weight gain. I'm a very active person, an artist and marketing professional.
