GnRH side affects and endo pain

I have had my second monthly GnRH injection out of three that I am having but have really been struggling with menopause side affects such as hot flushes, all over aches and feeling exhausted. Has anyone else had this and did these symptoms go on their own or did you have to have HRT tablets or did anything else help? I have HRT tablets but worried about taking them as there are side affects listed for these.

I had one period last month which was almost pain free but since then I have had pelvic cramps and back pain with no bleeding yet. Has anyone else had this? I’m not sure if I should have the last injection as other than my first period it doesn’t seem to be making any other difference and is just adding to my symptoms.

What has anyone else’s experience been with GnRH?

I’ve been on Decapeptyl now for 2 years, I found the HRT (oestrogen patches and progesterone pills) have made a difference. I was originally started on Tibolone but it didnt seem to help much xx
