After a
gastroscopy
, I was diagnosed with an esophageal ulcer. The gastroenterologist prescribed me pantaprozole. After many studies and a call to Fizer, I discovered that Ibrance does not work fully with ppi. I do not know how to take both medications for these problems.

However, I had a
gastroscopy
and colonoscopy done on July 12, and besides findings of a hiatal hernia, Barrett's Esophagus and diverticulosis--all of which had been seen in previous scopes--thw Dr also wrote "portal gsstropathy".

Rheumatologist tapering schedule
I had a
gastroscopy
and colonoscopy but nothing was found and I was referred back to my GP. I watch and wait policy was adopted. My markers halved in three months and continued to go down. However since going below 5 I have add many aches and pains around the hip.

Anaemia caused by PRD?
A FIT test revealed blood in my stool but a subsequent colonoscopy and
gastroscopy
did not identify a cause. In the absence of any other likely cause am I right in thinking that the blood in my stool is most likely to be from my damaged small bowel?

Chronic Pancreatitis
Multiple endoscopic procedures like EUS,
Gastroscopy
, ERCP with sphincterotomy and stenting has been done. My gallbladder is surgically removed through laproscopy in 2017 but still there is no pain relief. Now almost 5 months ago the celiac block was done in PKLI hospital, Lahore.

Anticoagulant and bleeding - your experience?
He had a colonoscopy, ct scan and
gastroscopy
5 years ago after temporary stopping apixaban and all was normal. They couldn't find the reason for bleed. He also has oedema now so is on flurosemide. He has had asthma since childhood and developed psoriatic arthritis in his 20s.

Also, my bile ducts are working properly luckily , so because i'm still getting some pain after eating , my surgeon has suggested a repeat
gastroscopy
to check duodenom as that inflammation could have worsened!!. No date yet for foot op. More updates to follow. Thanx so much for all your support.

warning re gastroscopy and gastrografin for ME/CFS sufferers . Plus neuropathy ?
Then I went for the
gastroscopy
as my stomach seemed to be getting more swollen (maybe related to the gastrografin ? ) It was awful. I took a month to recover. And it really told me nothing. The biopsy was negative for h pylori which only confirmed the results of the stool test.

Is it the "gold standard"?
Hi Folks, Three weeks ago, I had a
gastroscopy
and a colonoscopy. The gastrenteroligist said that he saw some changes in the mucosa of my stomach that made him suspect it might be portal gastropathy.
