diagnosis and symptoms
I have had an endoscopy and colonoscopy - both normal and no signs of
gastritis
, no reflux, no h pylori. My question is - if PA is end stage autoimmune
gastritis
- how do I have normal scopes and no GI issues? I also recently tested positive for Hashimoto’s as well.

Chronic anal fissure and a positive FIT test
My other symptoms are intermittent soreness and tenderness in my upper central abdomen (I had erosive
gastritis
a couple of years ago and this feels like a much milder version of that, and it's in the same place), a small amount of weight loss (about a stone over the last year I guess, but then I am

Update on shooting pain to breast - esophagitis
I have
gastritis
and esophagitis to add to my woes and the shooting pain it appears was possibly my esophagus going in to spasm. It hasn't happened again today but Ive hardly ate anything as even a cup of tea is giving me problems.

I have been diagnosed with atrophic
gastritis
on endoscopy . they took several biopsies. I’ve heard nothing back as to management of this condition (as yet) Mostly I find if there is something in my stomach I do nt have the symptoms of gnawing pain.

Anyone had IgG food intolerance tested and successfully eliminated the offenders?
I had
gastritis
(diagnosed by endoscope when ruling out coeliac disease) which was causing me to vomit every time I tried to eat and following the test eliminated gluten from my diet and within 2 weeks had stopped being sick.

My GI doc says that it’s possible that PA had not damaged my stomach and that I’m confusing autoimmune
gastritis
with antibodies to IF. I’m confused by this. I’ve been getting injections once a week since July 2022 but have been deficient for over 10 years.

Please help
I have had severe anxiety due to a
gastritis
flare up. I've lost 2 stone in 4months and medicated via SSRIs and Diazepam but I'm getting worse by the day. My last thyroid test was not done properly by GP even though I requested T4 and T3 to be done but only did TSH and T4.

It's me again!!!
Don't blame them really as this all started when my
gastritis
got bad. It messed up my thyroid, my mental health and everything else in my body. Thanks for letting me vent. My poor partner has had this daily for months 😂. I blooming hate my thyroid now lol.

What do I do now?
The results came back as 'satisfactory' I was referred for a gastroscopy towards the end of last year, and it was established that I didn't have
gastritis
as suspected, but peptic ulcer disease. I have noticed my folate tends to be quite high, I'm not sure if that is relevant?

atrophic gastritis pernicious anaemia
Nothing at fault but confirmed atrophic
gastritis
pernicious anaemia-which I think is good news considering what it could be. Question - does AG cause PA. Or does PA cause AG ? - does anyone have this type and if yes how is it for you coupled with PA ? regards

Lactose Intolerant, Alternatives to Omezrapole?
Month ago started a bad flare with the reflux and a
gastritis
. I normally control by diet and rely on the Omezrapole only when I have a flare. And then I take twice daily.

Test results help please
One GP suggested B12 injection as B12 is low end of normal ( I have chronic
gastritis
so absorption of oral B12 is prob not great) but was overruled by another GP. I’ve said I believe B12 Vit D and ferritin needs to be higher but was told by GP that’s not true.

New blood test results
One good thing, I am finally being referred for a gastroscopy, due to 2 GPs thinking I may have
gastritis
. Could you please look at my new Thriva blood test results, any feedback is appreciated.

Depressed because of my breathing issues. I don't know where to go from here...
Pylori, GERD, and
Gastritis
. However, according to the Gastro doc, there should be no connection between my breathing issue and stomach issues. Long story short, I guess i just came here to vent, because i'm certain that this is leading up to a chronic bronchitis diagnosis.

can allergies affect liver and cause problems to it?
I had gastroscopy around 2 years ago and it showed h. pylori negative mild (erosive)
gastritis
and one part of my villi damaged, maybe caused by one (probably soy) of my allergy.

I have come across a condition called Autoimmune Metaplastic Atrophic
Gastritis
, which links chronic iron deficiency to Hashimoto's Disease. Has anyone with both Hashimoto's and chronic iron deficiency been diagnosed with this condition? If so, what treatment was advised and did it help?

Anti iFAB tests
Does anyone know if it’s just your luck on the day (I.e. do antibody levels fluctuate significantly, possibly when you are having a
gastritis
flare - I’ve got anti parietal cell antibodies) or is it that your condition might not be progressed enough?
