Severe IBS D and Bile Salt Malabsorption
Avoiding onion and

is truly the hardest part! I'd love to hear from anyone else who has a combined gut issues; I don't know much about BSM or how to manage it in association with IBS - it feels like a bit of a double whammy.

Delicious healthy dinner
I put 3 cloves of
garlic
, a few splashes of lemon juice, some mint leaves, a little salt and a dollop of Greek yoghurt in a mini blender and whizzed it up. I then added more Greek yoghurt and some finely diced cucumber until it was the right consistency and flavour.

, & fresh veg...Porrage & other healthy stuff. Biggest problem will be stopping smoking but determened to do it. Wouldn't give me any figures on previous tests as he wants to start complete new set of tests.

Stuffed Mushrooms
In a nonstick pan gently heat the oil over a very low heat, add the

, mushroom stalks and onion - stir and cover with a lid. Stir every couple of minutes for about 6 minutes.( You only want to soften rather than colour the onion mix so keep the heat low and a lid on).

Teaspoonful of good Olive oil 1crushed

clove...add it to the cheese sauce 1 teaspoonful of strong mustard...add to the cheese sauce Put just cooked Cauliflower and pasta into shallow dish...stir in the sauce...stir the olive oil into the breadcrumbs...layer breadcrumbs on top of dish.

Thought I would post an easy recipe which is delicious. Tuna and sweet potato burgers.
450g of mashed sweet potato 2 tins of tuna 1 tsp of chilli flakes ( optional) 180g of onion, diced small 1 egg I clove

For Anyone wanting a curry night
In a large pan put 2tsp oil and over a low heat ( with lid on) fry 140g thinly sliced red onion, 2 grated
garlic
cloves and a thumbnail size piece of root ginger grated. Cook for 5 minutes or so.

Makes 10 750g ex.lean. pork. ( mince your own or buy already minced) 150g red onion and 1

a recipe for a curry...by someone who started cooking two weeks ago!
