Bubble-Bursting Facts: Bag the Potatoes!
I like things a bit tangy so feel free to add turmeric, cayenne, mustard or mustard seeds, or a bit of
garlic
salt. Ludwig DS. Clinical update: the low-glycaemic-index diet. Lancet. 2007; 369:890–2.

Graprefruit and
garlic
capsules are 2 of them a are certain indigestion remedies. There is NO evidance to say that juicing is good for you. What is wrong with just eating fruit and veg? There is evidence to say vitamin C will help so drink orange juice and eat vitamin rich food stuffs!

GF DF Meatloaf recipe – cheap, quick to prepare and so easy!!!
I served it with anya potatoes (but any small new potato would work – just keep skins on, tastes better), roasted in lots of olive oil and
garlic
, generously seasoned with salt and black pepper – and some steamed white cabbage. I then add another dollop of mustard (a fiery Dijon) on the side.

Being only 25 and suffering with Fibromyalgia for the last 4 years sometimes i feel my life has been cut short. I used to love going out drinking with friends and going to gigs and rock festivals. I lost count of how many times iv had to sleep at train stations in the cold after missing the last train

Veggies and lots of fresh
garlic
also. With this regimen, I have been able to go from 40 mg. pred to 4 in 5 1/2 months and I feel very good. (At this time, I'm tapering by 1/2 mg. per week, cautiously. My cholestrol was recently checked and I have dropped 30 points in a year on this new regimen.

Has anyone tried a natural approach
I am 65 lbs overweight and high cholesterol, and if I go on a vegan diet, it could well clear those up, and maybe that would reduce my risk, along with the ability to eat
garlic
and ginger, and celery, and all those other forbidden foods that thin your blood, along of course with lots of Vitamin K foods

Prednisolone and acid.. anyone else suffering?
I'm not drinking alcohol for a very long time, and I've tried cutting down on irritants (spicy foods, onions,
garlic
.. all of which i love!), and have been drinking milk. I'm eating activia yoghurts, and that seems to working. I only have 1 or 2 a day.. but it's doing something.
